Step 2: Verify Your Phone Number

After completing Step 1, a verification link is sent to your email.
Once you click that link, your email will be successfully verified.

Now, when you log in to your DeltaFX client area, you will see this message:

“Your phone number is not verified. Please confirm the phone number.”

This will open a new window with three different verification methods:

Available Phone Verification Methods

1. Flash Call (Recommended)

You will receive a missed call on your phone.
You cannot answer this call—just check the number.
✔️ The last 4 digits of the phone number that calls you are your verification code.

2. SMS

You will receive a text message containing a confirmation code.
✔️ Enter the code to verify your phone number.

3. Voice Call

You will receive a voice call.
You must answer the call and the automated operator will read out a code for you.
✔️ Enter the code that you hear.

After entering the correct code, your phone number will be verified and you can proceed to the next step of completing your profile and submitting KYC documents.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile Verification (KYC)

After verifying your phone number, you will see a message at the top of your client area:

“Your profile is incomplete. Please complete your profile.”

To continue, click on:

This will open the official verification system powered by Sumsub, where you must submit your identity documents and complete the liveness (selfie) check.

Step 3.1 — Start the Verification

You will see a page like this:

This begins your KYC verification process.

Step 3.2 — What You Need to Submit

On the next screen, Sumsub will show two required steps:

Step 1 — Provide identity document

You must upload a valid government-issued ID.

Step 2 — Perform a liveness check

You must complete a short selfie video to confirm your identity.

Then select:

Step 3.3 — Choose Your Document Type

Next, you will be asked to select:

• Document type

Step 3.4 — Continue Verification on Your Phone

If you choose “Continue on phone,” you will see a QR code like the one in the image.

You have two options:

✔️ Option 2: Copy the link and open it in your mobile browser

This will switch the verification process to your mobile device.

Step 3.5 — Capture Photos & Liveness (Selfie)

On your phone:

1. Take a clear photo of your selected document (front + back if required).
2. Follow the instructions to perform the liveness check (a short selfie video).

Make sure:

• Photos are clear and readable
• No glare or blur
• Your face is fully visible during the selfie check

Step 3.6 — Wait for Approval

Once submitted, the verification system will review your documents.
This usually takes a few minutes, but in some cases may take longer.

After approval, your profile becomes fully verified, and you can:
